The location is top notch, right next to Green Park tube station. Large grocery store, Starbucks, and other stores very nearby.

This is not a 4 star hotel and we had to leave after the first night because it was so dirty and at one point no elevators were working and my associate could not get to his room to get his heart medicine. There was fungus and the walls were so dirty we didn't even want to go near them. ...read more

Shocking! Although the location was excellent for any purpose the hotel itself is far below a standard 4Star establishment. The "standard" rooms which they offer priceline guests are dirty, poorly decorated, small and smelly. I had to complain about the accommodations I received and eventually was escorted throughout the hotel to see no less than 10 rooms before I had to settle on the last one visited which, frankly, wasn't any better. But, priceline's no refund/cancellation policy made it impossible for me to go somewhere else confident that I could get my money back. So, I suffered...and suffer I did! I spent the first two hours there, spraying disinfectant (purchased at the chemist just next door) on everything and wiping down all of everything...everything! So, just when I was a little more comfortable, I took a quick shower and the water collected up around my ankles. OK... I had theatre tickets so I had to give up the ghost and head out. When I returned,to the room. I found the temperature to be a bit chilly, so i disengaged the A/C...this was a waste of time... two hours later, the temperature had not changed one iota. So, I had to disinfect the blanket and pray I wouldn't get the cooties. Next morning, while brushing my teeth I noticed that the water was running directly from the sink drain into the tub...and it stayed there, along with a sprinkling of brown flecks which I had no clue the provenance of. I called immediately to have the situation remedied. To their credit, a technician did arrive within 10 minutes...but, it took him 40 minutes to correct the problem and there wasn't a word of apology for the inconvenience or even an offer to have housekeeping come clean the tub before I used it..so, I, again, collected the disinfectant and went to work. The next night, i went out with some friends and invited them to come back and witness the wreckage for themselves. Great location, if you can get it at a good price, go for it. Otherwise you can do better.

Solo Traveler
The lobby was not air-conditioned. There was quite a lot of mold in the bathtub. The carpet was very worn. One elevator of the 2 was being serviced and was not working (a 6 week repair). My TV did not work. I called 3 times before someone was sent. 3 people came the next morning (I was leaving at that point) to try to turn it on but no one fixed it. The staff was overworked and very busy - but always polite. The accomodations ARE NOT 4 STAR. I rely on Priceline to be appropriately rated.
